This apartment complex is very affortable and a rare find in this area since heat and hot water is included. The office staff is very nice and maintenance is good with any issues. I was also impressed with how this complex handled snow/ice removal from the walk ways and the parking lot. At my old apartment complex that was twice as expensive, they didn't do anything for their tenants. There are only a couple of downsides to living here: the hallways (paint and carpet) is not kept up and the walls are thin so you can here your neighbors. Luckily, I have good neighbors who keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious so the little issues are not of concern to me.
