Not a good place to live.

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
Lived here for five years. Definitely NOY family oriented. Had four college kids living above us, constant noise at all times.

Apartment manager is worthless. Rent increases by 10-20 dollars per year for no apparent reason.

Pest problem with first floor apartments. Maint. issues slow to be resolved. One W/D for every 11 apartments. Good luck doing laundry.

Not worth the time.
