i have been here almost a year and all of the complaints that i have read here are not true.if you pay your rent your good,if not then exspect an eviction!! if you have a problem they have 24 hour on call matinence so there is no raeson on why you should be complaining. over bugs and stuff. i have never seen a roach i live on the first floor and have only seen one or tow ants every now and then. but the ehrlich man comes out there and fixed this problem.oh well i guess you cannot please everyone

just wait...the cockroaches will show up!! I can guarantee that! I've been there for a year too and are planning on getting the hell outta there ASAP! All of my neighbors have moved and all have complained of the cockroaches and mice. Set up a sticky trap in your kitchen under the sink and give it a few days. You'll get a nice surprise! I must've called maintenance 100 times throughout the year and I can't tell you how many times I had to call b/c there was mouse poop on the counters. I actually found a cockroach in my son's crib! I would never say these things if they weren't true. Oh, did I mention how with each shower we take, we get scalded with boiling hot water. Maintenance says there's nothing they can do. Have fun living in filth if you choose to rent from South Mountain.
