Building is very old and energy inneficient. Poor management response to building problems like laundering facilities, icy walkways, water leaks, mice and other bugs. Very expensive for what it offers. Expect to be ripped off with your security deposit. The apartment complex now offers free pool and gym membership. Yeah, since no one did not sing up when they charged high and unjustifiable rates.
The other review must have been written by management. This complex wants to compete with the lakes, another bizarre complex. Better buy a house in downtown than giving my money away for poor service and living. Not recommendable at all. They want to capitalize on Parkland schools and trexler park instead of service and value.
