Parking is a consistent problem. I was parked in, unable to move my car to get to work several times. Management told me to "deal with it" Closet door never worked when I moved in, maintenance was there several times but was incompetent in their attempt to fix. Had faucet that leaked into vanity. After sixth try was finally fixed. Now have problem with no hot water in the morning. was told that the water return on hot water heater was improperly installed. Have not seen resolution to this proble after 8 days. Leaves have been collecting on the walkways and under cars creating safety and fire hazard. Grass cutting service has no respect for personal property or vehicles. When grass is cut they weewach grass all over the car, and yes I have gotten chips in my paint from their careless approach. The manager Sarah is full of excuses but never any agreeable resolutions. Mangement skills are terrribly lacking. Have spoken about losing money due to not being able to get to job because of parking with upper management (Ruben Huertas and Don Denny). They were like talking to brick wall only denser. If you like to pay top price to be treated like dung, you may like the place.
