I am living here since last year, so far no major complaints. Maintenance guys are really helpful and courteous and fix things up in few minutes. The office staff is GREAT. They really try hard to make it worth while. My only issue is that parking lots which are far from the apartment enternaces with steps going up or down, makes it hard when you are coming after grocery shopping or when you are moving in, or getting new furniture etc.
