I have lived here for five years and I think it is a great place to live, I am saving to buy a home but as a single mother until I can afford a home, I cannot think of a better place to have my kids in this area, I can send them to Parkland Schools, the bus picks them right up and I don't have to worry.
I have had a few maintenance issues but they were cleared up quickly and I was satisfied with the job they did. Although, the buildings are older than other complexes in the area, the staff is really good and make you feel important when you call. All in all I think it is very satisfactory and worth the money, I have looked elsewhere and the prices are even higher.
If you need a good school district and a relatively quiet area this is a good complex.
