There is now nowhere in this complex to dispose of your trash. The tenants of the new construction have to shlep their trash over to the original apartment complex's trash compactor. Other "luxury" apt complexes in the area provide door to door trash pick up when there are no dumpsters on the site. One day last week I came home from work and the entire bank of "permanent" mailboxes were gone. No explanation. The next day flyers were put on the tenants doors revealing the whereabouts of the new "permanent" mailboxes. I guess they figured that since we don't get our mail until after dark anyway we didn't need to know they were being moved. This place has never even heard of customer service. People who think this is a great place to live have really low expectations. I expect truth in advertising and you won't find that here. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

That must mean the alarms don't trigger an emergency response anywhere. Pretty scary but good to know.

In our building we had fire alarms go off last Saturday for about an hour, everyone is standing outside in their pajamas waiting for fire trucks or management or something, but nothing happened. Someone shut off the alarm and everyone went back in. We had no "all clear" or anything. We tried calling the office but there was no answer. By the way, you are absolutely right about the garbage problem.

Ya our last complex had about 6-7 dumpsters for the entire lot. One small trash compactor is not going to be able to service the whole complex. Not to mention the parking situation, there is alway plenty of parking in the new section yet people park in the middle of the road anyway for days at a time. The office doesn't care to be bothered by this, in a word ridiculous.
