I?ve lived here for two years and overall it?s okay. The rent is cheap because they go by your income. It can get kinda noisy at times because the walls are so thin. I can hear my neighbors? tv and them talking and walking. They also have a problem with mice. I have alot of holes in my walls, near the radiator and that?s where the mice come in. They?re supposed to be coming over to patch up the holes. The apartments on the other side of the street all have air conditioners, the side where I live doesn't have a/c, so you have to put your own in. Although when I moved in they told me they were putting an a/c in. Only pets allowed are birds and fish. My dishwasher stopped working, they fixed it once and then the same thing happened again and they told me they couldn't fix it and don't know how long it would take for them to get me a new one. They have 2 laundry rooms wit 3 coin-operated W/D in each. They also have a small community room that you can rent out for about $25 if you wanna have some type of small gathering (etc. baby shower, birthday party). Very proffesional staff, although can sometimes be kinda slow to fix reapirs. A couple of my windows were missing screens when I moved in, still didn't get them put in. Alot of young families live here as well as a few disabled residents. Nice apartments but the holes in the walls near the radiators need alot of work in order to prevent mice from coming in. I'm reccommending it because of the affordable rent.
