Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
the maintnance staff is not relayabe
you have no privacy
and the walls are thinner then paper so dont feel bad when you get complaints from other residents becuase its not much you can do, unless you can walk on ceiling or in air or read lips from your t.v. screen
