	THESE PEOLPLE ARE $ HUNGRY AND HAVE TERRIBLE INCOMPETENT PERVERTED MANTAINENCE WORKERS. MY APARTMENT WAS FILTHY WHEN I MOVED IN AND CLEAN WHEN I LEFT THEY STILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THINGS THAT THEY NEVER FIXED RUN DON'T WALK!!!
