Horrible place to live

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The area is too noisy with hoodlum kids running around. The buildings have paint peeling in the hallways and mold growing in the apartments. You can hear everything going on and it is just a poor looking area. I couldn't wait for my lease to run out.
