I have lived here now for seven years. Over the last two years the place has really beeen cleaned up. They just painted the hallways and redid the carpets, and repainted the laundry with new card operated machines. I had one issues with the card glitching and taking my money, but the company re-imbursed me so it was no big deal.
The landscaping looks great, parking lots are re-done, and they put locking systems on all of the doors. The location is great for me because there is a grocery store across the street, and its in a residential area that is peaceful and quiet. Also, the school bus picks my child up close by. As for maintenance, they have been pretty quick to respond and seem to know what they are doing. I have never had any problems with management, but then I pay my rent and don't cause problems.I like the apartment complex and plan to stay until I am ready to buy a house.
