I have lived here for 5 years and have seen great improvements. The Rif Raf and trouble makers have been removed. Old cars not used have been removed. Landscaping has been improved. Inside we have new carpeting and paint. Laundry room improved with card access and new washers and dryers. Above all the new security system is a BIG plus and I feel safe and secure. The management team is very helpful and willing to work with you on any problems that arise. Joel may seem harsh at time, but he is only looking out for your best interists and if you don't like him or what he does, you do not belong here. Area is quiet and all of the tenants in our building are quiet and respectful, which comes from good management. Lisa is a sweetheart and very pleasant and helpful. Resentely I recomended a friend to move in and she also is very satisfied. By the way I received $250 for the recomendation and her moving in. Come and see for yourself and talk to us.
