not maintained well enough

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
numerous problems with wiring
outside lighting always malfunctioning
not enough parking for tenents
mold was a big issue. when maintance came to fix the bathroom, instead of removing the old caulking (and mold)they just caulked over.
