I've lived at Wynnewood since January of 2006 and for a college student this place is not bad. The parking can be a problem, but usually only on holidays or weekends when there is a reason for visitors to be there.The place isn't designed to be soundproof, but if your neighbors are quiet then there really isn't a problem. The place is pretty nice, they are usually pretty good about grass cutting, repainting, etc. As for safety, I've never felt at all threatened. We are in a pretty good area, not too far away from town to where driving is a hassle, but far enough away where there are strangers hanging out. Again, this place isn't a five star hotel, and it shows. I have had experiences, especially this winter, where the winters are a little drafty, but it's not so bad. When I moved in there was a problem with a few things, and maintenance usually got on them pretty quick but that is my personal experience. I know others have had a problem with things and no one responded. The staff seems to be okay; they are a little unorthodox but not bad. Overall, this place is pretty great for me. I'm not planning on staying here forever, but the location is great and the place is pretty nice. In short, I think I would recommend this place to friends (which I have) and any place is what you make of it, so keep that in mind too.
