We currently reside here, for the second time. When we first moved here, 2003 we left because we were offered to rent a house. Now that, that lease was up we came here.

I dunno even know where to start. It has gotten worse, yes it is cheap, yes it takes dogs... but you suffer for it.

The building we live now, there is no parking. Each tenant is supposed to have 2 cars. Not our building or the building next to it. Some have 4-5 cars. I was pregnant and had to walk, in the dark because the lights sometimes didn't work. One neighbor on my floor smoked pot which billowed into our apartment. Both of our doors were closed.

The owners of the dogs NEVER PICK UP. We had a dog and could only walk her by the steps, because in the bigger yard my husband and the dog came back with dog poop all over them.

The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor fart. I kid you not. If you need mattence, forget it. You have to put an order in even to change a smoke detector battery. Which they will get to, sometime in the next 2 weeks. Same goes for lights inside and out!

If you do laundry, you must open the window. Even if it is freezing outside. The dryer vents are clogged, and need to be clean. So when they are on, the smoke detectors go off. And mattence still won't come. Even though they usually go off for about 45mins to 1 hour.

FLEAS. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE in the warmer months. In every building, all over the grounds. They have a pest control out, but it doesn't work.Because they refuse to spray outside. Even if you do not have animals you have fleas.

The windows are the original windows. So any heat/ or ac you have on goes right out the window. Electric bills can be anywhere from $75- $150! Sometimes higher.

You used to be able to split up the rent payments. But now they want it before the 5th. If it isn't here before the 5th, even the 6th you get a fee. Then a daily fee. Every year the rent goes up 10%. I have no idea why, they do not fix up the buildings, or windows...so please even if the price is right go somewhere else.

I agree with this person 100% this place is a dump! I moved in in 05 paying 555 now if I renew my lease which I definately am not they want 620. What are they on drugs! Had a fire in our building and its still not cleaned. Good luck to all you tennants who live here to get stuff done right
