I first moved here a year ago, Feb '07, and liked the location and knew I wasn't staying forever. Bridging the gap I found my apartment to be decent. Knowing from friends not to get a lower floor apartment because of mold issues. I lucked out with three awesome neighbors. However the problems started to add up. Most of the the other reviewers complaints can be added here. When a new company came in, this palce got better, however they take a long time to get the big stuff done, that needed to be done and it all seems to be happening now. The heroin dealers, the threats from nice neighbors of leaving, and the thought of another year here pushed me over the edge. I found a nice place a couple miles down the road for...the same price.

If you must...you should be fine. It was my back-up and I certainly could have done worse. And maybe in a few years...
