I have been a tenant at Devlin's Pointe for several years. I have seen several mangement teams and maintenance men come through the doors. This latest group has been very good. The manager and the leasing staff are very helpful and courteous. The maintenance men are quick on repairs. I am very happy here, and the only reason I am leaving is because I have to move out of state. I would recommend Devlin's to any of my friends looking for a new apartment.

Outgoing my rear end! I have/ had a leak in my fricking ceiling, It took them 3 months to find the leak, okay now I can understand water, but 3 months? Then they were supposed to patch the wall... Hello Maintenance??? Yeah I can't wait to move!
