Lived there almost a year. Always paid my rent on time. Had to get out of the contract early (just too expensive in this present climate)... So i asked nicely to get out of my lease. After paying all kinds of penalties I was allowed to get out of it. Good. I was happy at that point. No complaints.

Sooo....its 2 months since I moved out - yet they keep dragging their feet about returning my security deposit. $810 has yet to be seen. I called the property manager a month after I moved out, nothing. 3 weeks later, still nothing. Gonna take this to the magistrate (which luckily is across the street from the complex). The apartment was nice, sure - but noise was an issue and luckily i lived in a complex of old people.

Sure it was a nice place, but I would have gladly sacrificed the nice carpet and the porch for a little less steeper rent (and not subtracted that $80 out of my move out costs). I hear they had even raised the rent every year until now. Oh, one more thing - The sliding doors and windows are like vaccuums that suck out your heat in the freezing Pittsburgh winters. POOR POOR insulation to boot (you can hear everything in your building). Even when you try to be a perfect tenant, looks like they still take advantage of you. If the rent was less, and the materials werent garbage, and they sent my deposit back in 30 days, I'd be happy. But...I'm not.
