I'm not sure why people rated noise so badly...it's really quiet there, and I'm staying another year. The landscaping and grounds are in good condition..it's not a country club! Even though the doors are unlocked, I am safe. Everyone has to be careful no matter where you live.

I have always had a good experience in several different dealings with various people in management. If you are a good tenant, you will be treated well.

The outdoor lighting is one area I would improve, but I have no other complaints.

In the past two years, they replaced all windows and sliding glass doors of the Phase II Buildings.
