I moved to this apartment in a pinch and have been disappointed from the start. I moved in and the apartment was not totally clean. There was dust and dirt in some of the cabinents and under the dishwasher. The bathroom was not clean as well. The shower and the tile on the wall needed scrubbed. The air conditioners and old and function with marginal effeciency. Not to mention the fact that the heat is electric and extremely expensive in the winter. I had maintenance out to check my refrigerator because it was making a loud noise and the maintenance staff had stated that it was fine. A few weeks later it broke completely. When staff came to replace it, it was replaced with a model that was not completely clean and had a leud picture on it. Also, they had spilled sticky juice on my floor and counter. I had to mop my floor three times to clean it up! The manager, "R", is one of the poorest excueses for a professional that I have encountered in a long time. The parking is really the only poisitive. The pool is nice but rarely open as they are unble to retain a full time lifeguard.
