I lived in Presidential Arms in college. The pricing was fair and besides the fact that if you sneezed too hard it would put a hole in the wall because the place was so poorly renovated, it was a decent place to live. Parking was often an issue as there were rarely enough spaces for those who lived in our building, so it was kind of whoever got home first got a space. And the two washers and two dryers that had to be shared by half of a very large building were broken half of the time we lived there. It is true that management will tell you whatever they can think of to fill the apartments and then treat you like a criminal when you want to leave. Read your lease VERY carefully, because you are agreeing to more than is actually in there.
