I was scanning through the reviews, and noticed how many negative things people had to say, and felt compelled to write a more honest review. I think people find faults in the little details, and find things to complain about after one bad experience. I've been living here for over a year, and am quite satisfied with my apartment. The rent is ok, but reasonable compared to other apt.'s in the area. There is always plenty of parking available. Granted, there are no locks to get into the building, i still feel safe. All of my neighbor's are nice and friendly. The noise is not a problem for me or my husband, you can hear your neighbor's occassionally, but what else do you expect when you live in an apartment. If this is a big concern for you, you can ask them about Phase II of the apt's, where they constructed the walls to be thicker, therefore, have less noise. My only complaint would be that there are only 2 washers & dryers for the entire building, which does not seem to be enough. Maintenance is usually pretty good about fixing things right away, as well. And the management staff is always very friendly and helpful.
