Royal Manor is over all an alright place. Just hope if you live there that you never need anyone to help you. I have lived here for over 3 years now, and it seriously takes me weeks to contact anyone that works there. Over the past 3 years, they had one woman working there who worked whatever hours she felt like it, no matter what the hours posted on a sign outside the office said. That woman left to retire to Florida and I hoped beyond hope that they would have someone that actually showed up to work in the office. I was wrong, they had another woman work there for a very short period of time, and she worked less than the original woman! Then they hired a new girl and the original woman came back from Florida. That year was great! Things got done around Royal Manor Apartments, the phones were answered when I called, and any maitenance problems were handled quickly. Then the young girl was fired or quit, and the older woman, Carol, decided to revert to her old ways and stop showing up for work again. She comes into the office at 7AM, and leaves half the time by 1PM, and that is when she actually shows up for her posted hours! And don't even bother to leave a message on her answering mashine. She won't return phone calls. Finally, since none of my requests were being handled, I asked her for her management company's name and phone number or address and she wouldn't give it to me! Royal Manor Apartments are ok to live in, a great area, but that woman has to go!
