Police there multiple times. Noise from other tentants extremely loud at all hours.
College age boys constantly played football in parking lot hitting other tenants cars with the football (they laughed everytime it happened) and mgmt knew but did nothing about it. Elevator broke down 3 times in one year. Security doors always propped open. Stairwells stunk. Tenants kept their clothes in the washers and dryers for hours after the cycles were finished. Young children were allowed to ride their bikes in the middle of the parking lot - often almost causing accidents. Mgmt never did a thing to fix any of these issues even after multiply calls and letters.
