Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007

carpets are crap, needs painting, hallways smell, maintenance is terrible, multiple calls have been made to mgmt, no thing has been done about anything...noise is obnoxious, elevator is terrible,i cant believe i pay so much just to live in a crappy looking apartment -want me to go one'
