Look Elsewhere From: AirborneInfantry Date posted: 1/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   General comments: (1) When you do the initial walk-through the apartment with management, write down EVERYTHING that is already nicked, frayed, or damaged. Otherwise, you'll never see a penny of your security deposit. (2) The place smells like a long-term care facility. (3) Our utility bills were OUTRAGEOUS, even though we both worked full-time, attended college, and were pretty much never there. (4) The apartment was flea-infested. (5) Pulling out of the complex can be dangerous. After reading the other reviews, it appears that little has changed.
