The bedrooms here are meant to have 2 in them so they are really big for 1 person. There are two bathrooms in each which is really nice. They really try hard to get things done here, the office staff is friendly and helpful most of the time. A little forgetful. Water, sewer, and expanded basic cable is included in rent. You pay electric, gas, and wireless or cable internet. Gas and electric average about $30 each a month total if you are conservative. Don't go nuts with the heat or the central air. Maintnance requests are usually taken care of within a day if not right when you ask. They do allow pets with a MUCH higher security deposit, so if you have to bring your dog or cat, expect to pay big $$$$$$$$$$.
