I had lived in College Park for one semester.

When I first moved in, everything was broke.
Literally, everything in the room was broke and
maintenance never came to fix it.
But the room was big and it was tolerable
what made me upset was the security deposit.

When I moved out I talked to the person in office and
he told me that I will not have any trouble getting deposit back.
What happened is, I never got my security deposit back.

I did not break anything in the place,
and they assure me I will get security deposit for sure.

I called them back several times, they keep on telling me
different things and never call me back which they said they would.

Someone told me when I moved out, I should pay the
last month's rent subtracting the security deposit since
they won't return the security deposit back.
I should had listend to them.
