The Elizabeth was built in 1922 and was renovated and upgraded meeting safety requirements several years ago. It also meets the new city rental inspection code. There are 20 apartments, an elevator, laundry facility, and private parking lot. It is close to public transportation if needed. The building is secured. All the apartments are nice size, and include a Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, one or two Bedrooms, Bathroom, a good deal of closet space and many windows. Utilities include Heat, Water & Sewage, and Trash removal. The location is great with easy access to downtown Altoona, historic and retail districts, public library, highways, etc.
