When I first moved into Evergreen Manors I have to admit I was alittle scared. I am from a small town and moving to the city and the reputation that they HAD I was alittle leary. But now I am very glad I did. My family has many friends, I am involved in many activities(Girl Scouts, Crime Watch). Kathy Baskins is a wonderful person. She has done so much for me and my family that I don't know how to repay her. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys friendly and respectful neighbors to consider Evergreen Manors as a future home. I feel safe and Iam glad to call it my HOME!

It is so nice to see a good review about EverGreen , but I just wish that you kept it truthful and didn't give this place such high remarks. We are all part of this live and we all know that this place is a place that you muct kiss --- or you are on your own. And to give Kathy so much credit that is a very big joke, if she doesn't run it she her a fit. And she is just as bad as the rest of the outside world. She praises this place when she is here but she looks at all of us as low lifes and people she tries to keep away from. This is no place for a family unless you want drugs, crime and violance around you.

I lived there until 2006 and am glad I did...it seemed like no matter how many complaints were given about things going on, nobody believed you. They care too much about keeping the irresponsible residents there and not taking in the people who truly deserve a home.
