Not a bad place and the new company has been working on alot of upgrades and remodeling. Yes tenents bicker and argue but that is going to happen when you have alot of people living in one spot. A small playground for children. Onsite affordable laundramat featuring new washers and dryers. They offer everything from efficiency to 3 bedroom. A maintenance staff that does timely repairs and emergency calls after hours, a friendly and helpful office staff and after hours security onsite.
