before moving in management seemed just as good as the apartments and the community. they seem absolutely incompetent. they leave emotional fueled notes at tenants doors and these notes are in such inappropiate child like rants. they were very attentive and helpful before moving in but once they got paid they were unreachable. they leave the office without note or notice during the regular hours. the laundry system is not completely labeled for new users. it does not state there is a 3 dollar charge for the first use. so if you dont have a 5 or 10 dollar bill you are out of luck. when you leave a message for the office to please call you back with information so you dont have to wait around all day for them, they do not call. this has happened on 6 occasions. it is not the apartment or the other tenants that i've had issues it is only the direct management at our onsite office. i am sure their peers would like to read this and i am sure it is not the first time. oh! and lets not forget the one question i asked the manager while standing in the apartment for the first time. are there any pets' he state there were none. only the ones that were grandfathered in. i said are there any in this building. he said absolutely not. that was a lie because the renters directly beside me have a mid sized dog. and he crys all week very loudly when they are gone to work. the hallway smells like dog pee when it rains. the hall and steps have not been cleaned or swept since i got here.had ant and beehive problems from day one. it was not completely fixed.

The only reasons for notes left at doors is if you are a problem tenet or rent is past due. The office staff at times has to leave the office for tenet reasons...they do not have time to call every tenet as to the fact they will be out of the office during regular office hours. The pets are peexistining and they made the preexisting pay a fee to keep the dog or they could get rid of it...but no new pets. The laudramat card machine clearly has 2 pink papars next to it explaining the 3 dollar fee and how to use it..need to read it. The halls are cleaned as often as possible because something is always needed in tenet apartments and putting in new toilets and such by a certain time as per the apartment owners.
