Go Stay in the Rescue Mission - You'll be better off there, or on the streets as the previous reviewer said. I'd call this place a dump, but that'd be too generous.

Walnut Place is not a good place to live. The main reason for leaving, is the landlord watches everything you do on camera's. Nothing you do is private and she is really unreasonable most of the time. She evicts alot of people from the apartments often. I think the place needs a new manager

I wouldnt recomend this place for anyone. My children are bulied, my apt. almost broken into, and alot of white and black racism,Poor management and alot of unfair treatment. They really take advantage of tenants being poor and not being able to afford other housing.

misrepresented before moving in management seemed just as good as the apartments and the community. they seem absolutely incompetent. they leave emotional fueled notes at tenants doors and these notes are in such inappropiate child like rants. they were very attentive and helpful before moving in
