there have been recent changes to the maintenance staff here at edgewood, and while it has been challenging to get used to the new faces, i can see that edgewood is now headed in the right direction. i am not one of the "in people" who knew the former staff and manager, and never benefitted from that relationship(and trust me, i witnessed the parties with my own eyes). beyond that, many improvements have been made, and management seems committed to improving and updating the quality of life here. maintenance requests are responded to in days, (and in some cases, hours!), instead of the previous "weeks, or even months"! overgrown and annoying trees have been eliminated. markings in the parking lots are now clear. hallways and lighting are being updated and painted. they have filled dumpster after dumpster with debris and junk that have collected over the years. most impressive to me is that i have always had poor water pressure and have been told "you just have to live with it, it is what it is!" well the knowledgeable new maintenace super easily resolved this and now i can take a decent shower! kudos to the new staff here, and i look forward to enjoying my time hear for as long as i can!
