We were residents of Forrest Garden apartments for 1-2 years recently and we would not recommend it.

The ceiling above our bathtub feel in 3 times, each time worse then the one before it. We found out, the second time it feel in, that the repair person merely put up a new drop ceiling tile and a tuperware container to catch the water. Needless to say, this didn't work.

Parking after work was a mess and usually involved parking in the street. Even though they took our lisence plate numbers to make sure only residents parked in the lots, some cars were parked in the lots indefinately and, from appearances, in undrivable condition. We parked in the street 80-90% of the time.

Noise wasn't too bad from inside the apartments, but there was occasionally loud music/noise in the common area. A group of children ran around unsupervised and one new years' eve someone set one of the lamps on fire and it remained unrepaired until we left.
