First, Mattison House is a nice, safe and secure place to live. It was built in the 50's so it does not conform to ADA, but is still desirable for seniors and those who like a quiet, well kept apartment house.

With regard to the moron's comments below, he/she doesn't know the law. That is usually what triggers someone's stupidity. As is typical with white trash (who apparently authored the previous comments) they don't understand how life or business operates, they simply think that they can leave their piles of crap for others to handle.

Whoever that person is is clueless and since they weren't a tenant, just a deadbeat, their opinion is irrelevent.
