I am proud to live at The Mattison House and would recommend it to my family and friends in the area. The staff gives a very personal home like feeling. Some people have lived here for 20 years. No dishwasher or garbage disposal but you won't believe how nice the laundry room is. It great having an elevator on shopping and laundry days. There's even an herb garden for tenants to use.
