If you do live here you can count on living in a mold-infested, damp, smelly, poorly kept building with little to no maintenance. The maintenance that does happen (after weeks of stressful phone calls and downright lies from the staff), you can expect that it will be insufficient to say the least. This place could be really nice, the location is good and there is nothing inherently wrong with the building, however - with the shoddy upkeep it gets, it is on its way to complete collapse or condemnation by the health department.

I agree, had the same issue when I needed maintenance while living there.
