I lived here for a year and 3 mos. After the year they raised our rent $40 and it was not worth it at all. From day one we had problems with maintenance and roaches and a mouse in building 3. Maintenance had to be called at least 3 times for them to come out a month later to even begin fixing the problem. Our sink would clogg up once in awile from day one and was never fixed. When we moved out they never gave back deposit to us and another apartment (both moved out on same weekend). Suburban Property Mgmt charged both of us for tire marks that were on lawn (stating was over $1000 to repair). We honestly did not do it and assume therefore were our neighbors who were moving out as well. We battled this accusation for 9 months and during that time never sent me a letter to why they did not return our deposit. I went to their office about 20 times and would never get helped with or called back til I threatened to sue. They claimed since they could not pinpoint who did it the were keeping both our deposits. They are money greeding people who dont even work for their money. Stay away from these apartments. If you have any questions you can feel free to contact me.
