Mold & no light Two weeks after moving in our car was broken into. We sent out a mold test to a certified company and they identified 3 types of harmful molds. my wife and i were getting so sick in there we moved out before our lease and just took the loss. don't move here for any reason!

Very Clean and Very well maintained building with responsive staff I am proud to live at The Mattison House and would recommend it to my family and friends in the area. The staff gives a very personal home like feeling. Some people have lived here for 20 years. No dishwasher or garbage disposal

Horrible We have lived here for 5 years. Every year the management is getting worse and worse. The tennis courts act like sand beach. They cut down perfectly good trees, which makes it hotter and more noisy. There is practically no grass. During snow and power outages they don't do

I like them I think the new management and the entire team are definately an improvement. The promises they make are slow but they do eventually get them done. They are very helpful and very nice. Big change and I would recommend living her.
