When I moved in my master bathroom was in terrible shape. Dirty, ugly, and old. I called the office and fought with them several time before they decided to replace the bathroom all together. They worked in my apartment for three long weeks causing me a lot of headaches and incontinence. But when it was all said and done I got a brand new bathroom and a check for one months rent. Now they are ok in my book.
