I only checked into the building because it s in a great location, next to Suburban Square, the Farmers Market and Trader Joe's friends of mine had said it was a bit run down. It turns out that it was sold to a local company, and they are putting in all new kitchens, they are changing the dreary lighting and eventually a new Gym will be installed. I wound up buying a house but I told a co worker about it and they just rented there. Sue and Phil are really happy and they say the service has been attentive and the Kitchens are deluxe. May be we should have rented' It's too late.
