The first summer I lived here my A/C broke. Management came up over and over again trying to fix it them-selves but fixed nothing. It took several phone calls and even some yelling but my A/C was replaced a few weeks later. They also got a gift certificate for being unconvinced. Still living there now without any other problems.

I had no problems with my a/c; it actually worked very well.
