I have lived here for a year and have to leave this summer. I love the Plaza, the location, and my apartment. The only reason that I am leaving is because I am buying a house.
My apartment is large and spacious, especially given the low rent. I have two bathrooms, huge closets, and a beautiful balcony. Yes, they make you pay extra for parking and utilities, but all things added up are still cheaper than similar two bedroom apartments that charge $1400 in rent.
I had a few maintenance issues, but they were dealt with quickly. Nothing major. I once saw a mouse and management had someone come to my apartment that day and lay traps. I haven't seen one since.
The office staff is very courteous and nice.

You would think that the staff who work in the Harrison Ricards office would have enough common sense not to post another fake review like this just a day after a negative review. Do they think that people aren't intelligent enough to notice the pattern here? Negative review followed by a positive review a few days later, coincidence? I think not.

I am real tenant. I don't know why whenever anything positive about the building is posted, someone else always has to say that it was done by a Harrison Richards employee. I do not know about the other reviews, but I am the tenant. This one is 100% real.

I have written responses in defense of the management company before. Note the dates of the negative reviews and responses. They are all written by a crazy guy who moved out last month. He is trying to bring the management company down anyway he can short of murder. His allegations are false. My neighbors and I love this building and find service to be quite adequate. There are no rodents, parking is plentiful, and the building is clean and safe. Since moving here, I have become friendly with the employees. They work hard and do not deserve this harassment.
