Good value for size and area

I have a good sized apartment and my rent is low compared to some of the ones that I have seen for the area. The few times that I've had a maintenance issue staff responded quickly. The Office staff is very friendly. The building is fairly old but it is well kept. My apartment even has a brand new kitchen! :)
