I'm a current tenant and i strongly don't recommend this apartment to anybody.

- A LOT of bugs.Cockroaches are everywhere. Sometimes you can find rats too. Isn't that amazing' It is disgusting.

- The apartment complex is old. It has issues everywhere. Believe me.

- Management is practically useless.They always tell you lie. No joke. If you talk to the the employees of Harrison Richards,they will not tell you who the manager/owner he buildings are. Some of them are even rude. I really don't trust them.

- Expensive and a lot of extra fees to be paid. Harrison Richards will charge you for everything. You have to pay for parking which will cost you $30-45. Pro-rated Heat and Electric fees around $70-100 during summer months, and $200-300 in the winter. Cold and Hot water for $30.Technically, you have to pay additional $300-400 on top of the rental fee. Hi Anonymous, You are right; nobody should have the right to be rude to anyone. Please contact me so I can discreetly deal with this issue. Sometimes coworkers can get overwhelmed by folks who mistreat them. This may be the reason for their rudeness. Nevertheless, rudeness should not happen. In terms of Bugs, our policy is a once a week treatment of only the few units that call with concerns. We try to minimize the use of harmful poisons for the health and welfare of everyone. Some of the issues you are experiencing may be due to a messy apartment nearby. We offer our tenants two different options for utilities and parking. The options consist of everything included in the rent or A la Cart. For some people it pays to have everything included and others save money by only paying for the things that they need.
