Don't rent from the company owning this building, Marks and Co. They are a nightmare to deal with. My girlfriend and I found a room that we were very interested in renting here. We are relocating from California, so we had a friend go check it out for us, take pictures and such. It was very inconvenient, so we were lucky to get any help. The next day we called in the morning saying that we were interested, and we had already submitted applications two days prior. They told us they would call back shortly with the results of our credit reports but never did, and when we contacted them later that day, they had given away our apartment to someone that had walked in hours after we had called.
They have awful business etiquette and I can only imagine how bad renting with them would be if this is how they treat potential residents. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
