Neighborhood nice, apartments suck

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Only on-street metered parking, old building, you could hear neighbors above and below, difficult moving items in and out. Had things stolen form my locked apartment, where obviously the staff had a key. Definitely would not recommend. Very pricy.
